deVere Group is a leading independent financial institution with ambitious plans for our Botswana office. We are looking for 4 entry level, driven individuals to join our fully funded Financial Planning Trainee Programme.

This is a full-time, office-based role. There are no remote openings. You cannot train to become a successful Financial Advisor in any other environment, development requires the structure, discipline, and support of the office, surrounded by your peers and mentors.
deVere has a long and strong presence in Botswana. Due to our continued growth, we now have openings for four Financial Advisory Trainees. Each successful trainee will be mentored directly by an experienced Financial Advisor already working within our Botswana team.
